JiHyuk’s gangster sponsor went to jail and gave JH power of attorney over his assets. His only request is the JiHyuk give him credit publically when he succeeds. When JH saves his company from bankruptcy, he does just that.

DongSuk believes that JiHyuk is the only thing that stands between him and MiRa but that’s not it. She can’t forgive him for insulting her father after his father had him killed. But DS throws a tantrum and refuses to give up.

JiHyuk has not only stolen the heart of DongSuk’s fiancée, but his sister’s heart as well. JinA begs to stay by JH’s side as his sister.

JiHyuk distributes the Hyun Sung Distribution stock among the employees and the market people. After giving them a motivational speech and when everyone has left, he kisses MiRa for the first time.

If DongSuk can’t beat JiHyuk he at least wants to punish him. So he orders Minion to attack JH’s marketplace mom. Minion hires his favorite gangster to run her down right in front of JH’s eyes.

JiHyuk calls MiRa to process. She agrees that DongSuk probably ordered the attack on his mom. She also tells him that he, JiHyuk, is their vulnerability. He is that family’s secret and what they fear the most. So he decides to go public.

JiHyuk wants people to know about him to help avert future attacks. The TV station wanted to interview him anyway because of the fraud case and the fact that he since stabilized a bankrupt company.

DongSuk tells his parents that he broke up with MiRa and fired her because he was bored. Momster is happy that he finally came to his senses.

JinA doesn’t understand why JiHyuk moved out. She was willing to stay by his side as a sister but can’t because of her real brother. Sidekick explains that DongSuk not only tried to kill JH but his market mom as well.

JinA confronts DongSuk. She knows it’s all about pride but the more he goes after JiHyuk, the stronger he gets. While they are talking, Momster calls them. JiHyuk is on TV claiming that the fraud charges he confessed to were not valid and he will bring proof. One of JH’s strengths is that he is unpredictable. Momster wants to make him brain dead again but he’s too well known.

JiHyuk and MiRa go to the hospital to investigate his stay but all records and memories of him even being there have been erased with money. Still they find the priest who administered last rites and he remembers. So they go public with that as well to annoy the Kang Family into making a mistake.

JiHyuk’s plan works. DongSuk orders Minion to delete all the files connected with JH which he does after making a copy for himself. The secret is out of the company for the first time and JH’s friends are there to steal the USB. 

In desperation, Minion makes a plan to eliminate two problems at once. He hires his favorite gangster to kidnap MiRa and exchange her for the USB. Then he has the gangster murdered while he videotapes and frames JiHyuk for it.

DongSuk calls MiRa to negotiate JiHyuk’s release from prison. He has the video of the murder and offers to turn it over to the police when they return from their honeymoon if she will marry him. But she doesn’t trust him and leaves.

MiRa locates the illegal organ dealer that provided DongSuk’s third heart. Then she trades that evidence for the murder video and JiHyuk is cleared.

If DongSuk can’t get the girl back, he should at least get control of Hyun Sung Distribution back. Since JiHyuk distributed the shares between the company employees and market people DS decides the buy the stocks back even if he has to pay 2 or 3 times the value. Problem is that they don’t have that much cash flow. So he sells his energy stocks to finance it.

JiHyuk is becoming known as the best businessman of his time and he has intelligent people around him. He tells the market people and employees to sell their stocks to DongSuk at three times their value and use the money to buy up his energy stocks. Because the sales are small DS doesn’t catch on.

DongSuk buys enough stocks to take over Hyun Sung Distribution and crashes their celebration to boast about it. And JuHyuk just smiles. DramaFever
